Sara Stinson, a Kawartha local, graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) from Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2012. Committed to providing client-centred care, Sara caters to a wide range of needs, whether patients are seeking deep tissue treatments for chronic conditions or simply looking to unwind and relax. She combines Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques with trigger point therapy to achieve optimal soft tissue release. Sara is passionate about ensuring that her patients feel heard, regain control of their health, and actively participate in decisions regarding their care.
